Microbiology

Microbiology is the study of microorganisms. It is a part of biology (and should be in the biology section but is too big to fit) but more complex things like energy production, an organism's defense against microscopic enemies, cell structure, diseases, and much, much more.

This section should only be used for a quick reference and doesn't go deep into microbiology. Everything in the section is below 10th grade level (except for a few things here and there). We use (mostly) trusted sites and books (hopefully, not sure if the other editors actually use books) by reliable authors, and most of the images are not ours.
